Assistant Director, Marketing

The Drake University Office of University Communications and Marketing is searching for an Assistant Director of Marketing to help drive the enrollment marketing needs of the University. The Assistant Director works closely with the Office of Admission, and each of the academic units, to develop and implement marketing strategies that are audience-centered, data-driven, and increasingly digital-first. This role works with an in-house team and several agencies and sub-contractors, and may also supervise student interns. A successful applicant will be analytical, creative, collaborative, consultative, organized, detail-oriented, well-versed on digital and social media, and committed to the University’s mission. Professional experience working within a multi-faceted and/or nonprofit organization would be helpful; higher education experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.
