GaggeAMP is looking for a world class individual to take our existing marketing infrastructure to the next level. This person will not only manage the existing growing team and campaigns, they will also explore and establish other marketing channels with a focus on lead generation.
Here are the things you will be doing:
Lead and grow a world class, innovative marketing team
Grow lead generation resulting in successful sales funnel by creating, executing and leading the demand generation
Manage branding and positioning
Maintain competitive analysis and customer personas to maintain effective product positioning
Manage the overall demand generation
Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation.
Interface closely with sales and product teams
Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of overall demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length.
Work with company President to develop marketing strategy
Report to company management on results
Position reports directly to President
BS in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
5+ years progressive marketing experience with 1 acting Director of Marketing role in a small, high growth, fast-paced company
Prior experience in Marketing related functions with a B2B software company or SAAS preferred
Understanding of the competitive landscape and strategic environment within the Social Media Marketing industry
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a growing team
Previous experience driving demand generation with a successful sales result
Report to company executives on analytics and performance metrics
Experience with marketing automation/CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment and work collaboratively with colleagues and staff
Ability to innovate and work in a results-oriented environment
