Leo started his career at the ad agency J. Walter Thompson and later moved to the digital ad agency 360i, where he was social media lead on high profile brands, such as Oreo, a pioneer in real-time marketing (Oreo Blackout Tweet, Daily Twist, etc.), and he won multiple awards, including a CLIO Award, Cannes Lions, and a Guinness World Record.
