Facebook's newest Fan Page feature is Voice link, which allows page admins the ability to switch from individual to brand and from brand to individual, by a simple click. 

The new feature appears as a blue horizontal bar across the top navigation and reads "You are posting, commenting, and liking as (brand page) — Change to (your name)."

Previously, page admins would have to go through the Timeline navigation to select 'Use Facebook as (brand page)' but this Voice link makes it easier and offers a helpful and obvious reminder of which page or person you're publishing under.
