Sept 28th SMedu chat topic:Facebook's Timeline has Lifestreaming, Now let us talk about Learnstreaming
Submitted by Terry Eberhart on Mon, 09/26/2011 - 1:14pm
The announcement of Facebook's Timeline brings "lifestreaming" into the mainstream. Have you dreamed of a "learnstream" which would create learning artifacts to enable us to assess learning more effectively?
Join the next #smedu Twitter chats on Wednesday, September 28th (New York USA time), to consider the following questions:
- 1) Does lifestreaming have any relevance to education?
- 2) What contribution could lifestreaming make to assess learning?
- 3) HOW could social media contribute to create learnstreams?
- 4) Which social media services are needed to improve our ability to do so?
