Congratulations to my clients Charlie and Lolita on the purchase of this BEAUTIFUL beach house at Velzyland, in Sunset Beach Colony.  This morning they officially recorded as the new owners of this amazing property. I'm sure that they will enjoy this awesome home in their retirement.
