Do you have “former employees” or “alumni”

Alumni worked with you for a while and came to the end of their time with you — but still appreciate the experience and identify with the organization. They are proud of their participation and contribution. They’ll still wear your logo.

The existence of proud alumni might be the best indicator of a long-term awesome corporate culture.
