If you don’t give your customers a chance to give anonymous feedback, you’re never going to learn what’s wrong. Bad things are going to remain unaddressed — and they’ll slowly eat away at your business and drive away customers.

Most people aren’t going to ask to speak to the manager.

Most managers aren’t going to tell you when they screwed up.

Most people aren’t going to give their name and contact information on a website form.

Most people are uncomfortable with confrontation.

Result: You’ll continue to suck. (And you’ll never know.)
