We have these GIANT grasshoppers in Florida. On a recent bike ride, I stopped next to a car-sized tropical plant and noticed one of these grasshoppers sitting on it, trying to eat one of the plant’s enormous leaves.

It was a big job, even for the giant grasshopper.

A short time later, I stopped alongside another plant around the same size, but this one had 70 of the giant grasshopper...
