Ho’olei condo sales hit record highs
Two recent Wailea condo sales in the luxury community of Ho’olei are setting record highs that have not been seen in the last two years.
Today we closed Ho’olei Villa 39-6 for a record $2,625,000 which represents the highest sale in the neighborhood since October 2008. The second highest sale happened just a few days earlier when Ho’olei Villa 17-4 sold for $2,595,000 on February 25, 2011.
All the recent activity for Ho’olei has been on the Third row of the community and January 2011 has been an especially busy month as both 39-6 and 17-4 went under contract in January along with 17-6 which is currently pending.
