How Higher Education Uses Social Media
Our next event occurs the evening of Tuesday, December 4, 2012 at Boston University. A panel of higher education practitioners will share their adventures in social media and discuss insights into how the web is used in area colleges and universities.
Panelists include Jenny Mackintosh, Public Relations Assistant at Boston University; Stephen Dill, Marketing Manager at Wheelock College, and Zachary Herman, Senior Communications Specialist at University of Massachusetts Boston. Moderating the panel is BU Dean of Students Kenn Elmore.

SMC Boston and AMA Boston joined forces at the start of Boston Regional Entrepreneurship Week to talk about startups and social. Kelly Rice of Kinvey, Joselin Mane of BostonTweetup, and Trish Fontanilla of vSnap spoke about the dynamics of marketing your professional brand while maintaining your personal voice.

Did you miss our experiential marketing conversation with Terry Lozoff and Geoff Livingston?
About 40 social media professionals attended the August 29, 2012 event at the Microsoft NERD Center.
