A beautiful and enchanting mood roamed on the lovely bank of Bouregreg, as the magic of Ramadan mixed with the ever sparkling Community of SMC-Casablanca into one of the most exciting events of the year: Ftour 2.0.
For this year's Ftour, we set to "explore the Moroccan web diaspora, one community at a time". And so, we organized the event around 8 theme tables, each representing one of the most active communities of the Moroccan web landscape. From Foursquare, Instagram, twitter, Facebook affectionados, bloggers and photographers, to Mobility and Enterprise 2.0 evangelists. Everyone present found himself a place among his fellow community members and everyone rejoiced to finally translate the virtual experience into a real one.
And because no one likes to talk on an empty stomach, we first set out to break our fasting around beautifully served tables dressed with exquisite Ramadanesque Moroccan-Only gastronomy.

Let the Discussions begin
"Navigating through the communities we are part of and converging our multi-presence into a consistent coherent virtual identity is what makes the web experience as rich and exciting as we're witnessing today. We want Ftour 2.0 to offer that kind of experience IRL." And so it did! Discussions were taking place around every imaginable subject. Speakers from each table shared their insight with the rest of us. The whole event was definitely about learning, sharing, networking, having fun & making a difference.
