Join Social Media Club Fort Worth on Thursday, Aug. 23 from 6-8 p.m. at Four Day Weekend for a speaker event, featuring Travelocity‘s Elaine Kubik, the voice of the Roaming Gnome.
Elaine joins us at the cusp of an industry social media case study. Not only will she discuss customer service in social media (along with crisis management), but she will also talk about general lessons learned, using the Roaming Gnome as an advantage, and ultimately how Travelocity plans to use social media as a long-term solution.
