Join Social Media Club Fort Worth as we celebrate the holidays with a party at The Usual on Thursday, Dec. 8 from 7-10 p.m.
There will be delicious drinks, good conversation and lots of holiday cheer! And, our friends at The Usual are creating a special holiday drink menu just for us. There is no cost to attend, but you can RSVP on Facebook.
The party will also serve as the launch of our social good partnership with Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County (@mealsonwheelstc). We’re very excited to promote and partner with such a great organization in 2012!
Bring your friends, family and co-workers and help SMCFW celebrate the holidays and wrap up a great 2011. See you next Thursday!
On a cold and rainy evening last week, members of the Social Media Club of Fort Worth and the United Way of Tarrant County Leadership Society gathered at the Flying Saucer to
watch the Rangers game hear Mike D. Merrill give his presentation on “The Age of the Brandividual”. Mike, who is the president of Social Media Club Dallas, was our very first speaker when SMCFW started over a year ago, so it was great to have him back at the podium.
Are there any social media-related questions that you’ve been wanting to ask, but haven’t had the opportunity? Do you have social media knowledge that others might benefit from?
Join us Wednesday, Sept. 28 from 6-8 p.m. at Shula’s 347 in the Sheraton Hotel for a unique SMC Fort Worth event that will put all your social media queries to rest.
Anchor Marketing began as a small agency who concentrated on providing their partners with new solutions and fresh outlooks in both the digital and print mediums. Since 2008, they have become one of the most impactful agencies in Fort Worth. We’re honored to have them as an official 1-Year Anniversary SMCFW Sponsor.
There was a lot going on during last week’s Social Media Club event with AT&T. It was definitely one of the bigger events that SMCFW has hosted so far, and even we were a little blown away by it all.
For example, the Fort Worth Club provided us with a long table full of yummy hors d’ oeuvres, complete with a risotto bar.
(That’s right. A risotto bar.)
There were a couple of technological gadgets that AT&T brought for us to demo, including a 3-D phone.
