I'll just start by saying, I highly recommend The NOW Revolution! Jay Bear and Amber Naslund have written a book that is both easy to read and incredibly educational.
The NOW Revolution is broken down into seven shifts for real-time business, all of which are jam-packed with insightful discussion, case studies, recommendations, and lots of key takeaways. Basically, Bear and Naslund have written a playbook for how to successfully do business in this 24/7, social-driven world we live in today.
