Wow, it’s December already. Time flies doesn’t it? We’ve had a good year of events talking about social media in causes, politics, entertainment, location based services, social games and businesses in Malaysia; meetups with social media speakers as well as an evening at the movies for The Social Network. What’s more amazing is how many people are getting into the conversation today.

All this would not have been possible without our sponsors, speakers, everyone who attended and helped in the event organization. We can’t thank you enough.

This month is a short month and we’ll be taking a break and coming back in January. We will be kicking off the year with a forum on social media and causes: how non-profits are using social media to raise awareness for a cause or to fund their operations and activities. We have an exciting line-up of activities for 2011. You will soon see guest writers on our blog, interviews with social media practitioners from the region and around the world.

Share your ideas and tell us what you’d like to see from SMCkl.
