In April, the Social Media Club of Milwaukee was tasked with a mission. The Andretti Sports Marketing team asked for our help.
On September 11th, we met at Aurora Health Care to discuss The Social Business of Healthcare. Content for the night, was provided by Aurora’s Director of Social Media and Digital Communication, Jamey Shiels. Our very own Phil Gerbyshak filled in for Jamey, due to a family emergency.
Throughout the evening we touched on the evolution of social healthcare. Patients in the 90’s found information they needed and then healthcare entered the 21st century in which patients were accustomed to information coming to them. Now today with the changes of social media, patients are finding each other to collaborate and share information.

Because of some crazy schedules, we took a break in July, and now are back starting in August with a dependable schedule. Take a minute and mark your schedules for every second Tuesday of the month - starting August 14th and every month afterwards.
Please join us at Great Lakes Distillery from 5:30 to 7:30 (pm of course!) to participate in conversations about tools. We'll have a panel of "experts" to kick us off with their favorite tools, but we'll be looking to everyone to share what they've learned.
