Mission statement:

The Penn State Social Media Club will provide an informal venue for staff and faculty members involved in social media at Penn State University, enabling them to connect, collaborate, and communicate with each other.

Our goals for the first year:
-- provide two learning experiences for social media professionals across the university
-- provide a social media outlet (wiki, Facebook page or group, etc.) for sharing information from conferences

We will have 25 active members by June 2011.
