Chapter Hiatus This Fall

Social Media Club relies on the efforts of local volunteers to help manage the events we host. Our local leadership team has been in transition for the last couple of months as we work to fill a few key roles such as:
- President/Team Lead – Event project management, locks in schedule and ensures events actually happen monthly, works with Directors to complete projects assigned. Oversees all accounting records. Fills in where needed. On site 90% of the meetings to ensure they go well.
- Programming Associate – At the heart of the Social Media Club is great interactive events. The Programming Associate will work with the Programming Director to manage discussion topics as well as speakers/presenters for each event.
- Partnership Director - UPDATED 11/15/11 - THIS POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED - Manages the relationships with the national Social Media Club parent organization, other important related organizations (both national and local), as well as with local businesses and organizations interested in sponsoring or hosting upcoming activities.
- Membership Director - Works with local members to ensure the chapter meets our goals and continues to develop programming to help pushing our industry forward.

- We will work to re-build the local team and set a plan for 2012 to provide solid programming, great social events and opportunities to expand your personal network.
