Times are Changing
The times are not the only things changing around here. The Social Media club WILL NOT meet at RiRa’s this month. We will also not be meeting at 6pm. This month we will still meet on the 3rd Monday, June 18. However, we are going to be meeting at Atlas Van Lines Corporate office 1212 St. George Road from 11AM – 1PM to have our first roundtable event.
Concept
The Round Table concept is an engagement model that provides a structured procedure to initiate and support collaboration with other business leaders on issues surrounding social media. We will use experienced mediator, Andrew Epperson to keep the group focused.
Objectives
- Encourage and enable the Social Media Club members to work together.
- Deliver results and share solutions to real issues.
- Grow community form joint experiences and successes.
Topics
Being a social media club, we envision talking about social media related efforts that are facing your business. Those topic areas may include: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogging, Tumblr, Pinterest. But the list doesn’t stop there. In true fashion of a roundtable discussion – we will discuss what the group brings to the table and utilize the brain trust of the group provoke discussion.
What To Do

Bring your lunch, and your issues, to this round table event. We will work together to solve the issues in the true spirit of our club. “If you get it, share it.” We hope that everyone learns a little something new and meets at least one new person.
