Carol Meeschaert, MBA, RD is currently the director of marketing and comunications for the Healthcare Businesswomen's Association. Previously, she was the assistant director of marketing for the American Association for Cancer Research.

Carol has served in a variety of professional positions including president of Genesis Biologics, Inc., a small biotech company. She has also worked as a nutrition and marketing consultant, in which role she conducted lectures, published articles in both professional publications and journal, and appeared on CNN, Boston’s NBC affiliate, and in 10+ radio interviews. Meeschaert previously worked as executive director of the Massachusetts Dietetic Association and the Massachusetts Dietitians Educational Foundation and director of marketing at Catch a Piece of Maine.

Carol graduated summa cum laude with a BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and an MBA from the University of Southern Maine.
