Professional experience is within the Property and Casualty Insurance field. I have recruited and staffed within this industry 17 years. I have recruited and staffed for vendor industry for approx five years. My goals are to continue to learn and perfect my professional skills in the following areas of learning: Property and casualty insurance, Human Resource training, people skills, business operations, public speaking and to never forget the human side of my profession.
