Tom Abraham brings to elemental over a decade of experience in both design and education. His work includes the design and management of a wide variety of projects, ranging from institutional facilities and commercial interiors to single family and large scale residential projects and object design. With such firms as Croxton Collaborative Architects, SWN Architects and Stephen Yablon Architect, Mr. Abraham’s work has been profiled in publications such as Metropolis, Interior Design and Oculus. Mr. Abraham complements his leadership at elemental with a continuing commitment to education. Mr. Abraham has been a guest critic at numerous academic reviews, has taught at The City College of New York School of Architecture and served on the faculty of New York University College of Arts and Science. Twice invited to Italy for A.A.R.C. Academy’s ideas design competition, Mr. Abraham has also held exhibitions of his work at the Fondazione Vittorio Mazzucconi & La Triennale Di Milano, Italy as well as at The Cooper Union. Mr. Abraham was also selected to participate in the Emerging New York Architects mentee program by the New York Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. A graduate of The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art, Mr. Abraham is licensed to practice architecture in New York State, holds NCARB Certification and is a LEED Accredited Professional by the US Green Building Council. Prior to his education in architecture, Mr. Abraham was a certified Emergency Medical Technician with disaster management training in NJ and served as a first-responder in Bergen County for five years.
