I started Morber Marketing Group in January of 2010 after finally making the decision to get off the “crazy train” of working for others and start working for myself.
I had over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing and had always been fascinated with “why people buy what they do”. But I took a break from the work world after moving to Maryland in 2000 and went back to school for a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. I graduated summa cum laude in 2006.
With a minor in mathematics I might add.
I’ve led marketing and branding campaigns for businesses in various industries including technology, real estate, insurance, CPA and law firms, schools, nonprofits and more.
My true passion though is teaching marketing, sales, PR and customer service professionals how to use all of the new technologies now available to us. There are so many high tech tools out there, and so many new and fascinating platforms we can use to meet, greet and engage our customers.
I give approximately 30 presentations a year to business and trade organizations and I’m known to be a bit on the hyper side. I like to call it “high energy”.
I also teaches technology-based marketing classes for both Frederick and Carroll Community Colleges and am a member of the Hood College Computer Science Advisory Board.
