I have worked in the information management industry for fourteen years in the areas of enterprise content management, electronic records management, email management, document imaging, digital preservation, and Web 2.0, with a particular focus on assessment, strategy, and governance framework development and implementation.

I am very active in the industry as a writer, speaker, and trainer. I have developed multi-day courses on electronic records management and email management and have delivered more than 200 presentations since 2002 ranging from keynote addresses to full- and multi-day workshops. I have served on the Boards of Directors for AIIM International (http://www.aiim.org) and ARMA International (http://www.arma.org).

I'm also a foodie and a former Marine Corps drill instructor.
