Joey McGirr, the Social Media Why Guy, is a strategic thinker whose overarching inspiration is to bring people together with positive results. To this end, Joey teaches and consults with businesses regarding how they can connect in a real way with their audience.  A lifelong student of communication, he teaches even the most seasoned businessman how to successfully navigate the Social Media world with humility, momentum, and extreme agility. 

Joey works with entrepreneurs and organizations from around the country through his Austin-based consulting firm, McGirr, Inc. He also owns an interactive engagement agency that manages the social media presence of businesses desiring to have a greater impact on their customers and world.
