John Cass is author of "Strategies and Tools for Corporate Blogging," published by Butterworth-Heinemann an imprint of Elsevier, Inc. in 2007. He started blogging in 2003 on his blog PR Communications http://pr.typepad.com. John is also a Founding Fellow of the Society for New Communications Research. He was 2005/6 President of the Boston Chapter of the American Marketing Association, and is currently Head of Digital Marketing at Pace Communications, a content marketing agency based in Greensboro, NC.
