Hi, my name is Lucy Cooney and I am the founder of Promote to Perform, a service specialising in promoting businesses through events and social media. I focus on giving business owners simple, practical advice on how to go about setting up their social media profiles, specifically using LinkedIn, managing them in a time effective way, and supporting them through the process to ensure success. I also have many years in the seminar and events industry and helps people to not only understand how to set up successful events, but will help to understand the 'why' behind them, and measure their success to ensure ongoing ROI.

With a background in learning and development, and as an accredited coach myself, I work predominantly with coaches and trainers, to ensure they are marketing themselves in as effective way as possible, and getting their message out to the greatest audience possible.

I also own e-assist, a virtual assistant business for sole traders and small businesses, helping them to focus on what they do best, and to make the most of their time, and runs a networking group called netLinked, bringing together the power of face to face networking alongside online networking using LinkedIn.

I live in Watford (just outside of London) with my partner Russ, 2 children, and an array of animals!
