Maurene Caplan Grey

Maurene Caplan Grey, Founder and Principal Analyst of Grey Consulting, has over 20 years of experience in information and communication technologies and business practices, with expertise in e-communications, social media and collaboration.
Prior to starting an independent firm, Maurene was Gartner's lead research analyst on email messaging, calendaring/scheduling, chat/instant messaging, and human communications. She authored over 150 research reports and presented at Gartner and vendor conferences in the US, Europe and Latin America. Earlier, she headed United Parcel Service's global messaging operations.
Maurene's industry involvement includes:

She holds a bachelor's degree in communications, summa cum laude, from the University of Pittsburgh, and completed post-graduate work in computer science at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
