Matthew Rathbun is a Virginia Licensed Broker and Director of Education for the Fredericksburg Area Association of REALTORS®.He has opened and managed real estate firms, as well as coached and mentored agents.As a Residential REALTOR®, Matthew was a reoccurring Top Producer and past REALTOR® Rookie of the Year.

Matthew has been teaching adults for many years, he currently teaches various REALTOR® programs to include GRI. He is a Certified Ethics Instructor, Licensed Fair Housing Instructor and teaches Licensing and Broker courses. He also is a REBAC and REALTYU instructor, teaching ABR, ABRM, REPA and SRES and many other courses.
