I'm a Strategic Business Consultant at JobsXS, Pune. I have been associated with JobsXS since its inception in 2006. At JobsXS, we are promising to revolutionise the way businesses manage their recruitment efforts, through our innovative, first-of-its-kind transaction based RPO model. 

 

During the past 2 years I have been responsible for developing the new line of RPO business at JobsXS, from scratch. Below is a snapshot of the kind of work I do at JobsXS:

 

 

Developing Business Strategies

  • Identifying a gap in the market
  • Competitor analysis
  • Ideation
  • Transforming the idea into a business concept
  • Building various aspects of the business concept - Marketing & Sales research, Operations development, cost and price modelling.

 

Validating the Business Strategy

  1. Bootstrapped dry runs
  2. Monitoring various aspects of the business strategy during dry runs
  3. Identifying loopholes in costing, pricing, sales, marketing, operations.

 

Scaling the business

  1. Implmenting marketing and sales strategies - positioning the business, knowledge marketing, designing C-Level approaches, cold calling, emails, social media, strategic alliances, events and forums, sales funnel management, negotiating deals, 
  2. Operations management - forming teams, developing KRA's that reflect business performance
  3. Customer service - developed SLA's that deliver service excellence, driving strategies to earn repeat business
