Susan Breidenbach is a certified social media specialist and certifiable technophile who has been covering information technology as a journalist, writer, magazine editor and industry analyst since 1984. She now helps businesses and non-profits with social media marketing strategy and content, and teaches social media classes to businesses and job seekers. She also co-founded and directs the Northern Nevada (Reno) chapter of the Social Media Club.
