We’re trying out a new format for discussion: podcasts.
Personally, I love podcasts because I have a long commute and I like to run. I find it’s a great way to take in information and entertainment while I’m busy doing something else (sitting in traffic, hamster-wheeling it on a treadmill, running errands, etc).
Last week, I got together with Alex Priest, an undergraduate student at American University, and Andi Narvaez, a graduate student at the University of Maryland, to discuss three stories from the previous week dealing with social media and education.
We had a lot of fun doing it, and are excited about exploring future ideas and topics. Since this is our first venture into podcasting, we’d love to hear feedback (constructive criticism and otherwise) so we can shape this into something that you’d listen to again.
Below are links to the stories we discussed, along with the discussions in mp3 format. If you feel like listening to the whole shebang, you can download that below, too.
Thanks, we hope you enjoy! *Note: The podcast will be available on iTunes shortly, check back for the links after they’ve gone through the review process.*
