The Top 250 Internet Retailers on Social Media from Campalyst

The folks over at Campalyst put together a nice infographic highlighting the top brands on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube and Pinterest that breaks it out not only by the social network being used, but by the industry they represent too.
Infographic by Campalyst The piece I find most interesting is the number of followers each brand has on the various networks and also how some brands do exceptionally well on some platforms, but are not ranking on others. For example, Victoria’s Secret is ranking well on Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, but not on Google+ or Pinterest, which I am sure is tied to them either not using these two platforms or at least not investing in these two heavily since they are doing well on the other three. This is too bad really as I think a brand like Victoria’s Secret would do exceptionally well on a platform like Pinterest, but know there are only so many hours in a day and one does need to pick and choose their platforms carefully.
