Duaa Alajmi, with a 15 years’ experience in the workforce as an HR & Communications Manager; worked her way up with hard work and dedication and was able to secure the name she has built for herself.
Having worked mostly in the area of HR & Communications she’s specialized in Corporate Communications Strategies and PR, brand building and Culture Development. Apart from her full time job, she always had an interest in the apparel industry, so she opened her own and managed the whole process individually. She has also helped support small businesses and nonprofit organizations, as her experience and knowledge in the business field is dense and of value.
Apart from being a full time Manager as a career of preference, she is a wife, she is also a mother to 2 children, a daughter, a sister to 11 siblings and an aunt to 27 grandchildren. Having a large support system and people from all ages looking up to her was constant reminder to always keep moving forward, no matter the obstacles.
Being the youngest among her siblings, she strives from a young age to set an example for the people around her by juggling her life roles and maintaining each to the best of her abilities. Although the hardships along the way were sometimes a setback for progress, having the will to continue creates pathways you never imagined were possible and that was exactly what she did.
