Auto Renewal Policy
I understand and agree that my Social Media Club Membership will be renewed automatically, and authorize Social Media Club to renew my membership for the amount listed with the payment method I provide. I confirm that I am the owner of the payment method provided on my account, or that I am authorized to use the payment method provided.
I understand and agree to ensure that the email address provided to SMC is accurate, active, and valid. I understand and agree that it is my responsibility to ensure SMC has accurate, active, and valid contact information in order to reach me regarding my SMC membership account. If the contact information I provide to SMC is not accurate, active, or valid, I understand and agree to hold SMC harmless and to not dispute any purchase or renewal transaction charges.
If I need to cancel my Auto Renewal subscription, I understand and agree to submit my cancellation request in writing to support@socialmediaclub.org BEFORE my renewal transaction processes.
I understand and agree to the Refund Policy (effective March 2020) that states:
- Refunds requested within 2 business days of purchase or renewal, a 100% refund will be processed upon receipt.
- Refunds requested within 30 days of purchase or renewal, a 50% refund will be processed upon receipt.
- ALL refund requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase or renewal transaction.
I have read and accept Social Media Club’s Member Code of Ethics. I understand that if I am found to be in violation of the Code at any time, that SMC may terminate my membership in its sole discretion.
I agree to the terms provided and wish to activate my Social Media Club Annual Membership.
