You’re looking for a new job, preparing your portfolio, or just trying to shine online. Find out in this session what employers are looking for in your digital resume, what skills they want to see, what experience you need to have, and how you can make yourself stand out and land the best possible connections and work.

Rebecca Dohrman, Washington University

Rebecca Dohrman is Senior Lecturer in Management Communication at the Olin Business School at Washington University. Her research and teaching interests center on crisis communication, organizational communication, and how we can meaningfully integrate new technologies into modern organizations and the socialization of young people (particularly women) into high-tech fields. Her consulting work focuses on local initiatives to improve computing programs in elementary and middle schools to increase engagement with and confidence in young people for high-tech career tracks like computing. She has a PhD in Organizational Communication from Purdue University and a MS in Software Development from Maryville University. She earned a MA degree in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Studies from Saint Louis University. She is married to John Weiler and they have three children ages 13, 10, and 5. Her favorite restaurant in town is Guido’s on the Hill.

Andrew Dauska, Rodgers Townsend

Andrew joined RT as CEO in 2017, taking the baton from founder Tim Rodgers. A 20-plus year veteran of agencies, he’s led Effie-winning, cross-functional teams for TBWAChiatDay, Wunderman, Carmichael Lynch and Leo Burnett. His varied experience gives him a particular understanding of the tension between speed and craft inside a modern creative agency. He’s the father/chauffeur/fan of two very active sport-boys and husband to a very patient wife.

Eric Pratum, Bigwidesky

Eric Pratum is the President of Social Media Club St Louis and COO at Bigwidesky. If you want a strategy that will get you actionable results and valuable data while also being creative, he’s the guy to talk to. When he’s not working, he’s exercising, doing unending house projects, playing with his family (or most likely cleaning up after his children), reading, and trying to play some music if time allows.
