It’s been one year since we’ve all had to embrace the pivot in our personal and professional lives, and now we’re reflecting on those critical moments and responses while remaining hopeful and optimistic about what the future holds.
Those of us who work in social media and the digital marketing field immediately prepared for takeoff to do our part to support people and businesses during the “unprecedented time” that we’re all too eager to see in the rearview mirror.

We’ll be covering everything from United’s pandemic response, to their future-facing brand strategy. We’ll explore the airline’s decision to take a bold stand on social media by publicly addressing social justice and political issues, including Black Lives Matter, the 2020 election, the insurrection, along with being the only airline with commentary on social about the inauguration.
