Questions people ask

Who can enter?
Anyone. Agencies, brands, consultants, creators, individuals and nonprofits of any size. You don’t need to be a Social Media Club member, and past entrants are welcome back.
How much does it cost?
$100 per entry. Members get their first entry free each year. Every entry is paid for separately, so email hashieawards@socialmediaclub.org if you’re entering a lot of work.
What work is eligible this year?
Work that ran between July 1, 2025 and June 30, 2026. Spec work isn’t eligible unless a category allows it.
Can I enter the same work twice?
Yes, in different categories. Submit a separate entry for each one.
How are entries judged?
A global panel of volunteer senior marketers scores goals, strategy and execution, results and an overall score. They judge the work, not the size of your business or your following.
When are winners announced?
Judging runs January through February 2027. Winners are announced in March 2027, and we celebrate together in Kansas City in May 2027.
Can I be a judge?
We recruit judges each August. If you’re a mid- to senior-level pro in social media, brand strategy, digital campaigns or community, fill out the judge interest form.
