Can I pay monthly or quarterly?
Yes, for all renewing plans. Email support and we will set it up.
How does the education or nonprofit rate work?
Email us with your school or organization and we will send you the discounted checkout link, usually within a business day.
What counts as a seat on a team plan?
Each seat is a full individual membership for one person on your team, managed under one account with one invoice.
Do I need to be near a chapter?
No. The template library, directory, perks and online events are open to every member anywhere. Chapters add local meetups where they exist, and you can start one.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account page. Your benefits run until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is there a code of ethics?
Yes. Members commit to the Social Media Club Code of Ethics: honest, transparent and responsible practice.
